How We Use Your Personal Information

  • Providing Services: we use your personal information to provide the Services, including to deliver anomaly detection, generate insights, and write corrections back to connected accounting platforms as directed by your firm.
  • Platform improvement: we may use aggregated, de-identified patterns derived from processed data to improve detection accuracy across the platform. Raw client data is never shared between firms.
  • Security and fraud prevention: we use your personal information to detect, investigate, or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity.
  • Communicating with you: we use your personal information to provide customer support and respond to inquiries. This is in our legitimate interests to be responsive to you and to maintain our business relationship with you.
  • Legal compliance: we use your information to comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.

  • With your consent: when you direct or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties.

Children’s Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 18. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details below to request that it be deleted.
